How the collection and delivery service works:

Login if you are already a customer. If not, please register. When registering, please ensure that you enter your details, including your postcode which is used to give you your collection time.
Once you have registered, you will be prompted to login. When logged in you can submit or update your order and account details.
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a
confirmation email containing your order number and the time that our driver will pick up your items. Orders are collected on a next-day basis, within the time slot specified.
Once your items have been collected, they will be taken to our factory for tagging and pricing.
We will return your items to you the following day with an itemised bill.
Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will contact you for payment by debit/credit card.
